360 Degree feedback

HILL 360 degree feedback is an online method for assesment providing integral and extensive information about the performance of an employee. Each employee‘s is assessed by: an immediate manager, a colleague/colleagues from the same organizational level, an immediate subordinate and a self-assessment is also performed.

The 180 degree feedback requires information from the immediate manager, a colleague/colleagues from the same organizational level + a self-assessment of the employee.

-Every participant gets a unique PIN code for the assessment questionnaire.
-The filling of the questionnaire requires about 20 minutes.
-An automatic report with graphic (representation of the) results is generated in accordance with the set of assessed competencies. Additionally information about the strong performance areas as well as about the areas for improvement is provided.
